3. Our Commitment

UnityPath Staffing LTD will:

  • Never use forced, bonded or involuntary labour.

  • Never retain passports or identity documents.

  • Ensure all workers have the legal right to work in the UK.

  • Ensure all pay complies with UK wage legislation.

  • Ensure workers are free from coercion, threats, or exploitative control.

4. Due Diligence Measures

We carry out the following checks before engagement:

5. Supplier & Client Compliance

All clients and supply partners are required to:

  • Sign client / supplier compliance terms

  • Agree to immediate investigation where concerns arise

We reserve the right to terminate relationships with any organisation found to be in breach of the Modern Slavery Act.

6. Reporting Concerns
