UnityPath Staffing LTD guarantees that:
Concerns raised in good faith will be taken seriously and investigated.
Individuals reporting concerns will not face dismissal, retaliation, or detriment.
Identity will be kept confidential wherever possible.
Anonymous reports will be considered.
Retaliation against whistleblowers will result in disciplinary or legal action.

Upon receiving a report, UnityPath Staffing LTD will:
Acknowledge receipt (where identity is known)
Assess the nature and urgency of the concern
Conduct a fair and objective investigation
Maintain confidentiality as far as possible
Take appropriate corrective or safeguarding action
Provide feedback where legally permissible
The Company may involve regulatory or safeguarding authorities where required.
Reports made deliberately false or maliciously may result in disciplinary action.
Reports made honestly and in good faith, even if not proven, will not result in any penalty.
This Policy will be reviewed annually or sooner if regulations or business practices change.
